I have a 2000 honda civic, that just recently started making a high pitched noise if I go any faster than 65 moh. Does anyone know what that is all about?

Don't go faster than 65.

Can you isolate where the noise is coming from? Sounds obvious but you should have a mechanic check it out. From what you described (high pitched noise, over 65 mph), it could be a worn wheel bearing. Same thing happened to my sister's Accord a few months ago, although she heard the noise when only going at 35 mph.

It sounds like a bearing. You need a pro to locate the source.

sounds like you probably have a wheel bearing going out. Have it checked out by a pro.
