I've been living here for like 5 yrs..and always encounter a lot of white ppl...i mean...wth....are they just being snob or something..like whenever i pass through them...lots of different ppl ive talked to are always saying im really pretty though..so maybe i could just let it pass..:/

what do you mean look around? i'm not 100% on what u mean but in America, people feel that it's rude to stare at strangers...so maybe people don't "look around" because they dont want to come off as rude or disrespectful to others. A reason white people (and other people as well depending on the situation) don't "look around" is because they maybe scared or feel threaten in thier current enviornment....so therefore they just keep thier eyes to themself in order to reduce the chance of confrontation.....hope i helped!!!
