I personally like Ryoko, and least Ayeka (gee, I wonder why...)

I also like Ryoko the best. But not because she is the hottest (as I'm not into girls) but because she is tough and can kick ***, is intelligent, can be pretty funny and will do anything for her love, Tenchi.
Miyoshi is funny but TOO ditzy. Ayeka is a spoiled Jurai brat.
I also love Ryo-Ohki!! So cute.

Mishoshi (I have a thing for blondes...as well as really dizty women...)...least Ayeka, she seems to be "high" maintenance....The woman merged with Sasami/older Sasami is pretty hot as well (you'll notice in the OVA, how Samasi apparently died, but was joined by the spirt of a tree...or something to save her life...)
I would have to say my second closest would be Washu...mainly because shes the crazy inventor weirdo type, and as Tenchi knows she sure knows how to shake the dew off Lillie's!
