Is it just emotionally? If its everything this person fulfills then you may want to really reconsider whether you want to spend the rest of your life with this person (your husband that is) You only get one life...Live it

An emotional affair is worse than one that is just physical. The physical part can be taken over by your spouse when the relationship gets better.
You are giving the emotions (that belong to your spouse) to someone else. You are transferring the love that you have to someone else, not to the one you vowed to love for ever.
You need to make a clean break and never contact that person again. You have to make yourself turn away from the affair and focus on your marriage.
Talk to your spouse. Let him know that you think something is missing in your marriage. Try to work through your issues about the verbal communication. Do not throw away a marriage over this.

The best way to break an emotional affair is quickly and cleanly. You are falling for someone in the most dangerous way especially if you are married or in a committed relationship. You have to ask yourself..Why did I fall for this person? Am I missing something at home? And if you answer that last question with a yes then you need to sit down and have a very serious talk with your spouse and tell him what you are missing in your relationship and If he loves you he will do whatever it takes to fill the void.

well i personally think, ur goin through a period that u need ur spouse the most, the thing about commited marriages isnt only the sexual part but based on alot of communication. i think u have a deep emotional seperation from ur partner, that u have been tryin to fill. all u need to do is communicate, see what u both want, tryin to figure out the source of ur unhappiness can b the key to ur successful relationship. see how u both feel, but if this does not work then u should ask urself is this relationship worth fighting for or m i just wastin both our times???

The grass is always greener but when you fully go there, you realize it's not. The grass is just different but will have problem areas much like the lawn you left.
To break the affair is to stop participating in it - in any level. Stop talking to the person, stop thinking about them. It will be hard at first but you are distracted and need to put your focus where it is appropriate - with your spouse.
Sounds like some personal and couple's councelling could help.
I've always found that the HARD things to do in life are usually the right thing to do.
Good luck

perhaps you need to be separated from your husband...I bet once you do that your affair will probably be no longer interested in you. There are some men out there who love to have affairs with married women because there is no attachment. The wife has to be at home at certain times and spend time with the husband. Make sure what you are feeling is real, or you will make the biggest mistake of your life and that is being all alone.

stop daydreaming and get over it. he's not your husband. he is an evil person trying to break up your marriage and you have fallen right into his trap. he wont care for you after you break off with your husband. you wont be exciting anymore because you will have become available. He likes you because you are a mystery to him. unavailable.

The best option is always the truth. Tell that person that you need to concentrate more on your marriage ( i am hoping they know your married.) That while you enjoy being with them it makes it harder to work on what you need to do. You can also mention that being with them is wonderful but it weighs heavily on your heart. Wish them the best.
