the bottle is a 2-liter bottle that is full of pennies, obviously

this question is from a lab where i am supposed to determine the amount of money in the bottle. this is one of the easiest yet frustrating questions on the lab..im hoping you can help me...

you can make the assumption that there are a little less than 2 liters of pennies in the jar

Pennies for a thought.

U would need to get the area of a pennie and the area of the bottle.

Area of Bottle / area of Pennie = total area penny in bottle.

That would give u the closes answer.

i'd say about $20.00 - $25.00 is probably in there cause about 25 pennies can cover the bottom x probably 100 going all the way to the top.
