I met this guy at work, we hung out at work then when i had to leave i gave him my phone number, he called me that night, we talked on the phone for 2 nights in the same week and he seemed to be fine, and than he stoped calling for three weeks. We werent going out and we were just friends, why do you think he isnt calling anymore?

could be many reasons, kinda early after only 3 weeks. could be busy with work or could be that he isn't interested in you. only way to find out and call him then you will see if he's avoiding you or not. when in doubt if you are curious or dying to know something you first make the initiative so you won't be thinking too much about a little ordeal

Maybe he is waiting on you to call him. Maybe, he has another girlfriend that he isn't telling you about. Guys are weird that way. It could be dozen reason but the true way to find out is just be straight up and ask him "Why haven't you called me in a while". Honesty is the best policy.

Maybe he got busy and distracted with other things. Why don't you call him? Not like pyscho call but call and say "hey just wondering what's up and make sure you are okay haven't heard from you in a while"

If you don't feel comfortable calling him, try sending him a text...letting him know that you would like him to give you a call when he's not busy.
If he doesn't reply back then he probably isn't worth you time!

Do you have his phone number? If so, call him. If not, the next time you see him at work, ask him if it's alright if you give hkm a call sometimes.

wait a couple days then call him, If he ignores you and is not at home, Well then and he does not call you back, then go on and find someone else, chalk it up to fate or experiance, sorry sweety, i ve been through that

maybe you should call him and him not calling is because he ants to date you and thinks you dont like him?or he is busy and perhaps found someone else?
