its all to do with the economy of the world..if we imported and exported more food then there will be more to go to the poorer countries..and also if the government were to pull together they could eventualy level each country out to a even kill..but this will always be a problem and it could never be solved..there will always be poverty..homeless ness is the problem of the houseing systems and the government. they should provide more sheltered accommodation. more offordable letting property renting homes. more hostals. etc...they may not be able to cater for every one, but it would help, at the moment the poverty and homlessness of the uk is over 300.000, and we are a small country compared to usa. so i cant even imagine what the poverty lies there.

You can't. That is the price we pay for a free society. Anyone is free to marry and have children no matter what their income. Adults who make poor decisions must suffer the consequences, thus, homelessness. There is no child poverty and homelessness in Cuba. Would you like to live there? Neither does anyone else.

When people stop squirting out illegitimate children like they are little hamsters, instead of human children, childhood poverty will drop like a rock.
We have reduced parental responsibility and SURPRISE, we got more irresponsible parents.

There are many problems that contribute to this.
Lack of education.
Lack of responsibility for the children you have had.
The above would include the break down of the nuclear family.
Redistribution of wealth.
Naturally there are many others but if we could address these it would at least be a start.
