Maybe it's some sort of post-pregnancy waiting period that makes you have aches, cramps and no period. You should check with your ob-gyn just to be sure (call him and ask him about it) and get a pregnancy test. It never hurts to pee on a stick and it's pretty fast and generally accurate.

I would buy a test just to be sure the pull out method is how I ended up with my 3 week old son. And also you are more fertile after having a baby. Have you been for your 6 week check up yet?Good Luck to you.

It took nearly 6 months after I had my baby for my period to get somewhat regular again. If you are breastfeeding that is supposed to delay the reoccourance of your period. I would take a test. Anything can happen! But since you so recently had a baby, beware of false positives! I would go to the doctor and get a blood test done. Remember this scare and be more careful in the future!

I would test right away. You're more than likely more fertile now than before you had your son and by only pulling out, its VERY possible!
A woman in my sons playgroup was pregnant by the time her daughter was 3 months old and another just found out shes pregnant and her daughter is also 3 months old.

I breastfed and didn't get my period for about 7 and 1/2 months. Are you breastfeeding ? You are most fertile right after giving birth. Just take a test to make sure. and congrats if you are.

If you're not exclusively breast feeding it is quite certainly possible that you're pregnant.
Often you ovulate before your period, although not all women do after having a child.
Wait a few weeks, and take a test.
