If your host has an upload script then you can use that, but if you can't find a good FTP client then I suggest Filezilla.

the only other way is to use the file uploader in your sites filemanager if your host has provided you one.
if you have a geocities web site click the link below and click on the UPLOAD FILES BUTTON

if your site isn't at geocities you'll have to read the help pages there.

Just use their upload. It's easy for you to get all your pictures and files on your website this way.
