There is no one right answer to your question. It just depends on what you want. I mean you have "your" stuff, and he has "his" stuff, and then theres "ya'lls" stuff. So what do YOU want? Personally, I have one, my husband has one and we have one together. No matter what, though, get through it! Because NOTHING says "I love you" more than a will does. Have you seen families fighting over property that a loved one had but didn't leave a will?! I have, and it is NOT pretty!

You DEFINATELY need 2 wiils, they are reciprical in nature; each one assuming that they may die first and making contingent plans if the other does, and a new will have not been made. There are many things to take into consideration when making a will and it is best to go to an attorney who has experience in that field.

I am a housewife and my husband and I have no prenup, so what is his, is mine. So we have filled out one will. Now, I do have old Tiffany's jewellery and furs that belong to my great grandmother and that is also in our will because the value of that is pretty good. Boy our kid is going to be one lucky *******!
