its rare but it does happen. Remember one ejaculation has billions of sperm cells and it only takes one to get her pregnant so there is plenty in preejaculation.
In regards to the answer above me. We are not born with that knowledge. just because someone doesnt know doesnt mean they arnt ready for sex. I dont know how to change oil in a car, does that mean im not ready to drive?

YES. Why dont they teach you guys this in school? I cant believe i have to pay for this crapassed education.
But yea, anytime a penis is in a vagina a baby can result. Even with things such as condoms, and birth control, and pulling out.
Somethings are more likely to make fertilization less likely, but nothing can stop it completely, except not having sex.

Yes. Sperm can even live up to 20 minutes outside of the body. Before ANYTHING penetrates, make sure it is 100% free of ejaculate.
Use a condom EVERYTIME! This is for your protection and hers.
