Goo-Be-Gone I think its called
removes all sticky things
but honestly, just some windex will probably do it too - windex works on everything
if its fabric, not the rubber part - i'd try something called Spot-Shot. That stuff works wonders on lots of things - its carpet cleaner, but its good for so much more!!

You need Goo Gone. It removes the sticky stuff from stickers and tape really well. They now have all sorts of varieties - sprays and sticker lifters, etc. but the original Goo Gone as shown in the first picture in the following link will work great.
"For all those gooey, sticky, gummy, greasy cleaning problems. Removes chewing gum, grease, tar stickers, labels, tape residue, oil, blood, lipstick and mascara, shoe polish, crayon, bumper stickers. Works on carpets, upholstery, clothing, wood, and cement."

Goo Gone - you can get it in the dusting product section of the supermarket. It is specifically for removing tag residue - I am an antiques dealer and use it on delicate porcelain, glassware, textiles, etc.

WD-40 or Goo Gone. Spray on towel first then blot/wipe adhesive spot.

Cigarette lighter fluid. It will clean just about any sticky substance up IE:Gum, tar, stickers as well as tape, and it's a cheap alternative to Goo Be Gone. I think it's under $1.00.

Goof Off or Goo Gone. Be careful using these products on plastics and painted surfaces. They will damage the plastic and may take off the paint.

Put Shout on a paper towel and wipe it off with that. I REALLY hate it when that sticky crap stays on the shoe.

Goo Gone...great product! Plus, it's all-natural, citrus based. You should be able to buy it at any hardware store or Walmart-type store. I've used it for years, on all surfaces.

Don't use finger nail polish. Some alcohols will work, but lighter fluid is the best.
