Yes, I think we would by laws alone which no doubt would still have been introduced.

Ultimately, people still want to live their lives freely and the fear of losing this freedom deters most people.

Your question makes no sense - If you believe there is a god, then you believe god created us. Therefore, if there was no god, then he would not have created us and there would be no us to know whats good and bad for us.

Great question! If there was no God, we wouldn't be!

To answer your question though, there wouldn't be right and wrong WITHOUT good (God) and evil, so we wouldn't be able to know what was good or bad.

It's interesting how people complain about legislating morality, when nearly all laws are legislated morality. Thou shalt not kill, steal, lie, drive without wearing your seatbelt... Ha ha.

Of course, you know what you wouldn't like done to you by another person, so don't do those things to others.

Gods and religions were devised by humans to teach people right from wrong, nowadays we have education, upbringing and laws that do that job.

Gods are like Santa Claus for grown-ups; be good and you'll get presents (ticket to heaven). A truly good person doesn't need a gift in return for doing good deeds!

Yes but we would probably invent a god because otherwise we could not live without knowing how we got here.

I also know that there is only one true living God who guides and directs us by the Holy Spirit and helps us make good choices. It is when we do not listen to the Spirit that we are let astray and choose wrong.

I don't believe in god but I believe in good and bad, this is quite confusing for me sometimes, I can't quite work out what it is but I know that there is more to good and evil then them being social constructs.

I think if there really was a God then he would never have allowede all this racism, hatred & war to get this far. He would have wiped us out & started again.

Probably not; but you won't ever know because all we have is now and that is what matters.Focus on the now and being in the moment and you won't have to worry about stuff like that.
cheers
