There really is no secret - diet and exercise are the key.
If you want a QUICK way, you can ask your doctor about diet pills. These are unhealthy but I have used them for 1-2 months to to help give me a jump start. They worked great and kept me from getting discouraged at how difficult losing weight can be. The brand I tried was Adipex....it made me a little jittery and grouchy at first... Also, if you are breast feeding, I do not think you can use these.

Well, the fastest way is not usually the healthiest way, and if you are going for fast, you will probably gain it all back once you quit the diet anyways. I am shocked by how many people are surprised by this little weight loss secret, but here it is. Eat less. Move more. Its that simple. I lost about 40 pounds around 6 months ago. and how did I do it? Mostly, I ate every 3 hours. I never sat down and ate a big meal. I would eat small stuff throughout the entire day like fresh veggies (like 1/2 cup at a time), fruit, or a half sandwhich on wheat bread if it was lunch time. At supper, I might have a cut of meat no bigger than a deck of cards, no more than a half cup of carbs, and as many veggies as I liked as long as they are not saturated with butter or loaded with salt. I would use slim fast to fill in if I didnt feel like actually eating. This helps keep your body from thinking you are starving and storing your fat more voraciously. Trust me, this is the best thing that ever worked for me. Oh, and I havn't gained it back either.

The fastest way I have lost weight and it not being too unrealistic was to cut out white flour and sugar, only sugar as in junky stuff. You still need to eat your fruit and veggies though. Just cut out all junk food and as I said white flour products. This does work pretty fast. But don't forget to treat yourself after a couple of weeks but only with a small treat and then get right back on it. If you allow yourself to have a little treat every now and then you will be more likely to stick with it.

Avoid eating sweets and ice cream.sugar adds weight to women. Do some light exercise regularly . consume less fat and and no egg or red meat . Use more of vegetables and fruits. Try this regimen .Take some ginger , remove the skin (scrape of the skin) . just crush it and put in a cup of water and leave to soak in it over night . ealy morning drain the water in another cup add a little honey ( one or two spoons ) and add a little lemon juice , stir well and drink. Before you start this, take your weight and note it . Do this daily and after a week , just check your weight again and see if there is any improvement . If you find even a little improvement , just continue the regimen for few months , checking the weight every week.and continue the regimen till you reach the desired weight .

I think the best and fastest way to lose weight is to excercise and to eat healthy food. I'm not saying never eat sugar again but eat healthy for a week and if you think you did good through the week give yourself a treat.Ice cream, A piece of candy, etc. Its the best way for me because i am a bit overweight for the age that i am .

When you go out park as far away from the store as possible and walk. Walk when you can rather than drive. I always lost weight when I ate lots of brown rice and/or watermelon. Eat a lot of celery and carrot sticks during the day. Drink all the green tea (try Bigalows green peach tea, it's great!) and diet sodas and even the flavored waters. I trained myself not to want ice cream, cake pie chips or any of that stuff. eventually you'll find you don't miss it at all!

The FASTEST way is water fasting, you will lose 2-5 lbs. a day, then average about 1-2 after a few days.
Now, the HEALTHIEST way would be counting your calories, portion control and exercising.
But I am SURE you know this already...still, no secret new methods, lol.

I lost a little more than 50lbs by incorporating lots (I mean lots) of strong tea with extra lemon and no sugar... cold is best, but hot works too.
I also drank a milkshake a day and ate tons of hot air popped popcorn sprayed with I can't believe it's not butter...
It took about 2 1/2 months, but I have kept it off for almost two years now.
Good Luck...

I lost ten pounds by doing a lot of excercising and eating extremly small portions. Move when ever you can and resist temptation of food at least for a week. Look up diets for ballet dancers. I am one and we have to be tiny, so you should find some good ideas. Capezio.com is pretty good. Good luck!

scarsdale diet is great...its healthy as well...but you should exercise with it too, to feel really good. You can find the diet on the internet....its a little like atkins but healthier, and you gradually incorporate more and more cards in as you progress, and you have one "cheat day" a week.
I lost 10 pounds in 2 1/2 months...and kept it off!
