I love the Chili Peppers and I love both those songs.
No, I don't think they sounds anything like each other. No more than Give it Away sounds like Fight Like a Brave. You can tell they are Chili Pepper songs, but they are not sound-alikes.

Sort of but I think "Tell Me Baby" is much better. It's more upbeat and in the music video they let some of their fans be involved.

I love "Tell Me Baby"! And I didn't think it sounded like "Under the Bridge"..."Tell Me Baby" is more upbeat...
