if you want my advice you should pre-order(reserve) a copy and put it on e-bay for bidding and make a fortune then come time buy another from second shipment then you hav a non- bugged wii and u made a profit!$$$

Nintendo doesn't really have a history of launch bugs like the Sony or Microsoft. The only bad thing I've heard about Nintendo is with the DS lite.. something about a crack on the back of the screen when you open it a certain way. But as far as consoles go it's a safe bet to buy the system.

i dont know if nintendo makes the same mistakes but based on the last 2 releases of the xbox it sounds like they rush to get them out and over look a lot. i would wait, inless you want to do that e-bay thing which sounds like a good idea. Im sure that you can be content with what ever you have for an extra month or two.

id say wait for the second shipment. no need to pre order, especially because im not to sure how fast they are going to go. i mean wouldnt you feel stupid if you spent $50 to preorder it, and the first shipment didnt even sell out.

i dont know how long for the second shipment.....but there is bound to be one bug that they overlooked...then again you have the 24-hour wii online updates so it will show updates for these problems. also dont reseve it unless you cant wait one more second for it cause that is one game or garenteed system on the first day.

Unless you have a patience problem, or want to brag about being one of the first to own the system. I would wait, I highly doubt they'll have a massive backorder problem.
