OK I'm not doing your homework for you because I'm mean like that, but these are the things you need to look up.

Lungs - you'll need to write about trachea, bronchi, bronchioles and alveoli.

Gas exchange in the alveoli.

Red blood cells / Hemoglobin (at GCSE you probably don't need to know the details but simply oxygen binds to hemoglobin when it is at a high concentration, in the lungs, and is released whenthe oxygen concentration is low and the carbon dioxide is high, in the muscles)
