I generally get a little card in the mail saying my pap was normal. I would give them a call just to ease your mind.

hi there i guess your in the uk, normally the results are told at your next appointment sometimes, it really depends on your midwife, area etc,, i call the doctors for the results there is a seperate line ,surely yuo can call docs adn find out ? , if they find something serious then i am sure they must have your contact info to to you,, if you are worried then get in contact with your doctors and update your personal info and ask that it is also passed onto the midwife..i wouldn`t worry ..

If there's something wrong, they will call you or let you know at your next visit.
If your that worried, then call them and inquire about the results. They can't keep that information from you! It's your body, your results and you have a right to know.
But chances are, if they haven't called you, then more than likely your alright.
Good Luck.

i just had my pap and blood work done too by my midwife and they haven't called. i assume they would if something was irregular and they needed it to b dealt with right away but if it's something like a urinary infection i think they would wait until ur next normal appointment. i think u wouldn't b overstepping ur limits by calling and asking if they found anything irregular

The usual rule of thumb is "no news is good news."
They usually only contact you if there's a problem. Otherwise, it's casually commented at your next appointment.
Don't worry.
