in reply to the person(Paul H) who said president Chavez didnt help rebuid the economy of the country.well i think you should ask your self the exact question you have asked..have you been there lately?..i have a friend who is Venezuelan and he keeps on praising Chavez!Cos infact he is rebuilding the country and still working on the economy.you know you cant turn round a country in short period of time.Chavez is infact 100% supported from the people of Vanzuela and elected by them!so before you keep on getting your propoganda news from the states or europe try and ask any Venzuelan the same question and i bet you might get a bit more educated of the fact what is going on in the real world!...so its all True and i back President Hugo Chavez!

Yes, Chavez has a lot of courage and he is probably upset that the Bush administration tried to secretly help overthrow Chavez in a coup in 2002, I believe.

Yes and I'm pretty sure even the leaders of many of your allies shook their heads in agreement when he spoke and couldn't suppress a smile.Bush and his anti think ideology isn't appreciated, not even by friends of the US.
Viva Chavez!

Bush bashing is easy. Supporting him takes guts. What Chavez showed was stupidity and arrogance taking advantage or our country's tolerance of opinion. Try going to Venezuela and saying something bad about Chavez. He is a dangerous man with the financial capacity to reek the havoc that Castro couldn't afford after the Soviets abandoned him.

Hugo Chavez promised to rebuild the Venezuelan economy. Have you been to Venezuela lately? He didn't restore jack doodle... all politicians say what serves them - the truth lies somewhere in the middle, and politicians try their best (often successfully) to let the "sheep" believe what they are told. The only real way to know what is going on is to wait ten years and read about it in a history book. George Bush distorted the truth too... I don't respect the extremes of the left or the right because they tend to leave reason out of the equation.

are you kidding me? who is afraid to voice their opinion of pres bush? all i hear from celebrities and the liberal media is bush bashing. president chavez is a classless person who should apologize not only to bush, but to our country. i don't care if you love bush or think he really is the devil, what chavez did was one of the most disrespectful things i have ever witnessed. imagine if pres bush had gone to any other country in the world and started bad mouthing and insulting that country's leader on THEIR OWN SOIL, regardless if the comments were true or not?! the u.s. would never hear the end of it.
answer to your question: false.
