Sept 18-sept. 22 with sept. 20 being the most likely day. Since your mucus has returned to lotiony then you most likely ovulated yesterday or early today. Check your cervix again tonight and see if it has returned to low and firm. The crampiness you feel is called mittleschmerz. There is no way to tell from cervical mucus if you've conceived you just have to wait 2 weeks and if no period then test. The mucus plug is just a blob of mucus that forms in the cervix--it can't be felt from the vagnia--to protect infection from entering the uterus. Hope this helps!

When I looked up when you should be ovulating, it said Sept 17-22. I know another way to check if you are ovulating is if you stick your finger up in you and take some of the wetness, when you place another finger and pull the wetness apart and there is a slim between your fingers, that it also a way to know. When I ovulate, I get cramping on one of my ovaries as well.
The mucus plug is way high in the cervix. You won't be able to see or fell it. It is what holds the baby up and the fluid in. You will not know when you conceived until you miss your period. Good luck!

HI,

The way infertility Dr's determine when your going to ovulate is counting backwards. This is very simple if your regular.
You will get your period 14 days after you ovulate.
If you get your period on the 14th, than you ovulated on the first.
If your cycles run say 30 days lets say you got your period on the 1st than you will ovulate on the 16th and 14 days later on the 30th your will have your period.
