There is no chance that:
- a living person is eternal, does not breathe;
- something is not dying all the time;
( theoretical: rather morbid, might give that a miss);
- passage of time (anyway you choose to demonstrate that).

I don't think the other people understand the question. Or perhap I dont understand it.
Here are some situations where the chance cannot be calculated. If you disagree, I'd like to know how.
1. That you exist in the real universe. (Is it all a dream?) - I've heard some great philosophies that actually say they can determine it, and that we probably are in a fake reality, but I've never seen a valid one.
2. Does life exist elsewhere in the universe. People have proposed the an equation for this, called "Drake's Equation", but noone knows the numbers for the variables. I personally think that their is a way to estimate the numbers, so I don't think this counts.
3. If you believe in libritarian free will, then it's impossible to determine the decisions people make, but statistics have shown otherwise.
4. How many uniserses exist? Assumeing that it's impossible to communicate with them in any way. Although, perhaps physics can come up with an answer due to the nature of our universe?

Interesting question, and quite difficult to answer.
The only time no chance can be calculated is when there is no preset range of outcomes...
Imagine a game where where you are playing with an infinite deck of cards, but not only that... the symbols and types of cards are also infinite and unknown at present. As you see each card, it creates a new kind of card in your mind... and only upon seeing the card can you expect it in the future. In this situation, there is no chance because the realm of all possible outcomes has not been distinguished... there may in fact be an infinite amount of possibilities and we will never reach the end. No chance exists in this realm...
in some ways reality is the same thing. In trying to discover what event will happen next in our world, there is no chance because the realm of all possibilities has not been, and never will be, discovered...

Chance is an illusion. All things are calculable if you have the time and the math notation. All things are made of units called quanta and quanta gives you the odds. In the universe the quanta is enormous, yet finite. This applies to our brains and our emotions. Neurons firing, hormones excreted. The future is 100% predictable IF you have a complete and total knowledge of one set of circumstances. Everything else is calculable from that point.

I don't know whether he meant that you can establish that you cannot calculate the chance or that you can establish that there is no chance. So:
1 Establishing that you cannot calculate it. You cannot calculate the chances of a football match ending in a win for one side - there are too many possibilities and none of them are quantifiable.
2. No chance of it happening. Many financial instruments have this, they are designed to temove risk. EG if you know that you will have to pay X amount in a foreign currency you can remove any chance of losing out to currency fluctuations by taking out a forward exchange contract.
3 The Paradox: "There is no chance that you will give me extra credit for this".

In the field of physics, there is no way to predict the form and direction of smoke from a candle that has just been blown out. As well, in quantum physics, or particle physics, there is a term called superposition, in which a position is in all infinite possible positions until an observation is observed. Therefor, it's postition can not be predicted. An illustration of this is referred to as "Shrodinger's Cat" and can be seen at www.mtnmath.com/faq/meas-qm-3.html

i think, a kind of situation when a person has to chose, meaning a situation where there's a choice. a man can chose whether he take this job offer or that, do this act or that, and here there is no chance cos a man has the right to chose what to do or what path he would take. (hope I helped).
