The BBB should get involved and follow up with them. If this company wants to stay a member of the BBB they will have to respond. I would also send them a certified letter putting your attorney on copy and tell them exactly what you want in order to be satisfied and to consider the matter closed. Tell them you will continue to pursue this and hope that it can be resolved without further action.
Good luck!

Contact the California State Attorney General for assistance! They helped me with a phony credit card scam and I got back every cent I was owed.
You can also contact the post office if anything transpired through the mail! They have a federal investigations unit and will go right after the con artist with a vengence! Just call your post office for the address, I believe the unit was in Chicago but can't remember for sure! It is a federal offense to use the mail for illiceit purposes!
You can also contact the local police department if you have an address for an investigation too! They are probably already aware of the scam artist if there's been a lot of complaints!

PS: Something I learned the hard way is DO NOT do any business with anything that comes out of California or Florida! Guaranteed to be a scam of some kind!

have an attorney send them a letter saying if they don't contact you, or right their wrong that you will be forced to take further legal action.
