Write a song about your first day of school. Doesn't matter if it's kindergarten or freshman at the U. Just know that this is a new experience and people like to hear about things like that.

One day when I was playing some of my 78's, my eldest daughter (in her early teens at the time), said "Love love love, why are all these songs about love?" My reply was "Because, baby, they are love songs." Need I say more?

well, the most popular one would probably be your latest love interest, or you should write about something interesting, like a situation youve been in ("I left my wallet in El Sugunda")

judgind by you name..boycrazy ....your gonna write about a boy...but i would like to hear a good realistsic song....maybe about the world today, or about happiness maybe...not involving a love......something different.
