Go get a free trial version of Stopzilla at stopzilla.com, the program will scan your computer and give you a list of spyware,virus,worms,keyloggers and worthless adware that gets loaded on your computer.

Use search and destroy to get rid of any spyware. If it is a virus or trojan then you can you avast antivirus.
Do a virus and spyware scan with both of the suggested software.
