I think od Islam and Muslims like I think of Christianity and Christians: I don't agree with them (and some are nuts), but in general they're like anyone else.

Moderate Muslims can integrate into mainstream Western culture while holding out to their values. Some have been let into Canada unjustifiably. I am not referring to the majority. In the United States, all citizens of certain Arab majority nations must undergo fingerprinting. This is racial profiling and it is discriminatory.

Extremists, particularly religious leaders, with questionable ties to anti-Semitism, fascism, the advocacy of sharia law in Canada,
terrorist organizations, misogynistic ideals about women, anti-Israeli activity that threatens national and international security, and anti-Western, Arab imperialist ideals do not belong here. They should be deported back to their own country. Most of the time, they come through the refugee system.

Forty percent of all refugees lack any paperwork or identification. They are allowed to stay in this country and wait years before approval. Even after a deportation order, some still stay illegally.
The regular immigrants who come through the points system and sponsorship are screened carefully and have rarely, if ever, caused any problems.
