any one know how to adjust idle on a throttle body carb ????trhanks

I agree. The only you can do on idle computer controled vehicles is to check your idle control valve
Sometimes they get dirty on the tip that limits the air flow causing ildling problems

Have your idle control valve/switch at a closeby auto parts store which is free in most of cases

You mean a throttle body fuel injected vehicle? It depends on what kind of vehicle it is, usually turn the throttle screw, but it may not be adjustable, as most EFI vehicles' idle is controlled by the computer.

There is an idle speed adjustment, but location depends on type of car and motor.

Sorry, but you do not. The computer runs everything. You have a sensor telling the computer to make the engine run at a higher RPM.

Gm has a screw on a ford just bend the stop.
