It should be pretty obvious that anything you set up, you could turn off. So there really isn't a way.
If you don't have the ability to have the internet and not gamble, get rid of your internet connection. It is the only thing you can't turn on quickly.

In internet explorer, click on tools, internet options, privacy, then click on sites. You can type in the url of gambling websites and block them.

hello lol ie is so slow use , zoneAlarm internet security suite,to block the lot ,
this is how yo do it
you install
zoneAlarm internet security suite
then you go in the settings and tick the gambling website box that will
put all gambling ,websites on the blocked list
then no gambling ,websites can open ,if you want them all blocked download and install
zoneAlarm internet security suite
when on the home page click on
home and office
and click on
try now
zoneAlarm internet security suite
then click on download
zoneAlarm internet security suite

If you have a pop up blocker use it to filter out gambling sites.
