you need to go to some kind of acting school (peaches/ little theatre school at lohmans). the if the teacher sees you have potential, she will send you somewhere.

Start with your school drama department, if it has one. Participate in any local community theater groups. Take acting classes, and classes for singing, dancing, voice, public speaking. Start going to open auditions. Read "Variety".
