i have tried tons of eyeliners... here is what i have come up with: a lot of liquid eyeliners are amazing- BUT if you put them in the inside of you eyelid on the bottom, most will sting & not last long. Liquid liner will last a long time on your top lashes though. It takes practice though because i've seen girls with liquid liner all over their lash lines.. if you want your eyeliner to last longer, use a long-lasting eyeliner (revlon 12hr works amazing.. it lasts all day) i usually use eyeliner on my top lashes and also put some of my crease color (eyeshadow) above my lash line with an eyeliner brush.. it makes it so that it lasts all day & matches the whole look on your eye.. MAC has good eyeliner pencils- they go on really easily and look great, but don't last as long as the revlon 12hr ones.. so i'd suggest revlon & adding a little eyeshadow to it. (with eyeshadows- light color to highlight your brow bone on top next to your eyebrow, then in your crease, a color close to your skin tone, but a tiny bit darker.. on your eye-lid use a color that reflects light (will make eyes look bigger) and the outsides of your eyes and up to your crease blended really well a dark color that coordinates with the eyelid shade.. use the really dark color to line your lashes..)

If you use pencil eyeliner, go over it with a similarly colored eyeshadow to set it. Use a damn liner brush or q tip dipped into powdered shadow.
Also, use a liquid liner but just dot it at the lash line, then smear (blend) it with the eyeshadow. Gives a softer look than liquid but stays on.
Do one lash line at a time so the liquid is still wet when you blend with the shadow.

if u don't like liquid eyeliner then u can try a pencil eyeliner. i use the one by revlon its pretty good. or u can use a black eyeshadow and with an angular brush apply it along the lash line it will give the same effect as an eyeliner.

Stila's smudge pot stays put. So does Urban Decay's 24/7 Eyeliner pencil. The pencil will be the easier one to apply. They are both $17 and can be purchased at Sephora or Sephora.com.

Try Clinique's new cream liner. You'd think it would be difficult to apply, because you use a brush, but it's actually really easy, a LOT easier than liquid liner!! A brush is included with the liner, so it's a pretty good deal. It wears very well throughout the day. MAC also has a gel liner that's pretty good, I think it's called Fluidline.

MAC eyeliner is amazing! It goes on super easy and lasts for a long time without running. It may be a little costly compared to other eyeliners, but it's worth it. =)

Some people's eyeliner washes off several times a day coz they're allergic to an ingredient in it. People aren't meant to draw right next to their eyes. Find something hypoallergenic if you absolutely must....
