You can buy snake repellents, but you need to lay mesh over the pond or put up a small fence to keep turtles out.

a really fine wire mesh sealing the surface of the pond works really well, to do this you will need to build a wooden frame outlining the shape of your pond. once a suitable mesh has been aquired, simply nail in onto the wooden frame making sure it's nice and taught.

my grandfather had several goldfish ponds in his backyard and would construct these "lids" to protect his goldfish from kookaburras he frequently witnessed swooping down, grabbing a fish, flying up and devouring it in a tree. a very undignified death of an innocent goldfish that could easily be prevented.
after he installed these things the kookaburras were forced to look elsewhere for their goldfish.

That's a tough one without putting some sort of fencing up. I would say if your area is loaded with these preditors that you might consider removing some of the area(s) that they dwell in on our property. Either that, or put up some fencing around the pond (but that would defeat the purpose of the pond is my guess).

Put up a sign. Or you could get another pond just for turtles and snakes.

Have a fenced in yard. And sometimes they still get in.
