In some cases is it better to not tell your partner?

It is always better not to tell your partner, unless you are playing around unsafely...then, take your medicine and if he leaves you, then he leaves you.
Those who tell their partner are dumbing the guilt on to their partner's backs while they go free...nasty. Double crime, isn't it?

If you have the urge to cheat then you shouldn't HAVE a partner. Think of the hurt the other will feel when finding out.

If you have to cheat then you should let your partner go. Always consider how you would feel if the shoe was on the other foot. Would you want to know that the person you love doesn't love you and was spending time with someone else?

No. It's best to always to be honest. If you can't even be monogamous in your (supposedly monogamous) relationship, it's time to evaluate why you're being so selfish.

I cheated on my last boyfriend, and I didn't feel good about it. I didn't tell him, and he wasn't hurt, but I ended up breaking the relationship off because obviously I was cheating because I wasn't being true to myself. Infidelity is never good for a relationship.

I think your partner needs to know, coz eventually it'll come out. So, might as well get it over with now. Or break up with her, you would'nt cheat if you really love your partner... remember, what goes around comes around....

Well for me if I am in a relationship I would want it to be monogamous. I guess, unless other rules had been agreed upon.before becoming partnered.

if you're in love, you don't cheat, if you're in lust you do, and in case you want to deceive you partner, you better not tell him.
