i want to know which cell phone campany is good for me and which is bad.and which plan is plan i should get. thanks for the help

I don't know what area you live in, but I haven't had any problems with US Cellular. I've never had a dropped call, the signal and clarity is always good. My plan I get 1000 anytime national minutes (which means I don't get charged any roaming fees), unlimited nights & weekends which start @ 7pm, all my incoming calls and text messages are free and my phone bill averages $45/mo. I hear that Verizon is good too.

Go T-Mobile. They are the cheapest and most flexible over all with phones, plans, services, etc. Go to www.tmobile.com.

cingular is probaly the best company. you could get the pay as you go or just get a cheap plan so you dont have to spend as much money. but they do have the best coverage and the best fones

Nokia is GOOOODDD.....I use one myself. They got almost every kind of phone you want (gaming type, filming type)
Motorola is BAAAAADDD.....They don't have many features and the phone is almost the same as the last phone they make...
