how can you tell the difference from having a normal period and a miscarriage (if you didnt know you that were pregnant)

A very early miscarriage can't be distinguished from a regular period. If the pregnancy is further along then the period would be very heavy, painful, and full of clots but for some women this is normal every cycle. The only way to be sure is to have had a positive pregnancy test before the bleeding began.

If you were haveing a miscarrige you be haveing alot of cramp and sick to your stomach and you would be doing a lot of bleeding.with anormal period you wouldnt bleed that much.

just put it down to a heavy period ,it doesnt really matter and it happens all the time,you will never know

you would know the difference when you misscarry you will be in tramendous pain
