I have blue eyes too, and I've been doing a lot of research really recently looking for something that will make my eyes pop. I recently read that if you use brown/tan with a little bit of pink, your eyes will stand out. That worked for me, but not as well as using silver and a little bit of green. I guess it depends on the color of your eyes and how you want your eyes to look.

the links below helped me

good luck

Lid Shadow: Brush pale yellow onto the lid, up to the crease.Top the yellow with pink.

Crease: Using a brush, work a little neutral brown shadow into the crease area and blend well so that edges are softened.

Liner: Periwinkle Blue liner smudged into lashes (Pencils are the easiest to use, but shadows can be used as well.)

Hi, I have blue eyes and everyone likes how I do my eyeshadow, (I copied it after I had a make over!), so try this- use white eyeshadow just under your eyebrows, thicker at the outside edge, and also in the corners of your inner eye, and thinly under your eyes. This makes your eyes look brighter and bigger. Then use,a creamy sandy or beige colour on your lids. Use a darker brown on the highr part of your eyes nearer to the outside edge, use a brush not an applicator to sweep it just above the lid. You may need to smudge it in with fingers. Complete with a black pencil liner, and black mascara. Your eyes will stand out, your eyes will look smoky and gorgeous! Good luck and have fun! XXX

blue eyes pop with shimmery browns, coppers, golds.. they can sometimes look silly with purples and blues... people with brown eyes usually use colors like that to contrast with their eyes.
