FF8: How do you get out of the missile base after defeating BGH251F2?

I've read from a walkthrough that if you're able to get out of the missile base after deafeating BGH251F2, then your seed rank will go up by 2! Does anyone have an idea on how to do this? Or even confirm if this is true or not... Thanks! ^_^

take the test!
you can take the test in anywhere!
just open the window then you can find it...

In order for your sEEd rank to go up, you have to set the timer for the lowest available time. I think it's 10 minutes. As for how to get out: HAUL ***! And use powerful lightning spells and boost the Quetzecotl GF.
