are people really satisfied with the justice provided nowadays?what are the drawbacks of justice delivering system?

Most of the time judgement handed down are fair and good.
You are never going to keep every one happy no mater what you do or say.
The judge or the Jury deliver the judgement base on their knowledge, as presented, they have to be blind and def to everything else. This is the best way the system works, but it is the best system we have, in this imperfect world of ours.

Justice depends on each individual situation, its not general.
Someone can always be unhappy in the end.
