Depends on some women, with my first child i didn't know i was pregnant until i was almost 4 months along and i had no symptoms.
My second child i didnt find out until i was a month and a half late, and then i took a pregnancy test.
My third child, now I'm currently 5 1/2 months along, i was 5 days late and i took a pregnancy test.
I really had no symptoms until a pregnancy test confirmed that i was pregnant.

You might notice being extremely tired, and after about a month you might experience nausea. You might notice your breasts seem larger or the nipples darker. But really none of these things are 100% proof you are pregnant. You need to wait until you miss a period and then take a test at home or go in for a blood test.

My major symptoms I got and every time i did I knew I was pregnant were Vomitting
Sore breasts
Fatigue
Sensitive to Smells
Missed Period

NEVER bas whether u are pregnant or not off of signs and symptoms, because they are the exact same symptoms for PMS
but most signs are:
swelling of breasts/sorness
nausea/vomiting
MILD cramping
spotting
missed period
