Some nights, not all the nights, I have to get up to urinate. I have difficulty urinating. I would like to avoid modern medicines, would prefer any natural cure. My doctor mentioned that I have small bladder and enlarged prostate. My PSA test last time was 3.1.

If you are having difficulty urinating, you could have a bladder infection on top of the enlarged prostate. If you want some natural cures, drink cranberry juice for the bladder infection and take saw palmetto for the prostate problem. I am not surprised that you are urinating frequently since you have a small bladder. Do not drink so much fluid before going to bed. This may help some.

Suggestion here. I had a urinary tract infection once & found out the wonders of cranberry juice.

Drink a ton of cranberry juice during the day... this will make you have to urinate ALOT. Might help you out if you hold that in rather than going.

Saw plametto and pumkin seeds will help for awhile, then you will have to go to the doc for real drugs that help a bunch.

Stay away from caffeine, and don't drink water two hours before going to bed.
