What you're talking about are 2 different things. The car, ring and watch are from Sylvie. She is out 3 times a day for 1 hour each time giving out a prize if you spot her and click on her.
But if you're trying to fish for the items for the sensei in the karate game try this:
1. Go to the bait shack and buy 3 of every kind of bait.
2. Go to Peabody Pond and fish (using the same pole) once in each location with each kind of bait. So for example if you are using the jig use the jig in the rocks, in the open water, and in the reeds on three successive casts.
Make sure you are using the same fishing pole the entire time and do not skip a location or fish twice in one location with the same kind of bait, even if your bait 'gets away from you'. Just move on to the next location and fish there.
I did this and before I had worked my way through all the bait I bought I had caught all three items for the sensei.
