How much do you like your job? Because if someone finds out you kissed him your other co-workers could give you a lot of grief about it. Also there may be a company policy about being too friendly with co-workers. What if he wants more than just a kiss and then things don't work out? He could make your life miserable at work by talking about you. What if your boyfriend finds out? It could lead to problems for you.
Only you know what you really want to do. All I am saying is think about it really hard before you do anything to ruin what you have now.
Good luck with whatever choice you make. Remember there are no guaranties in life

Many extra-marital?relation affairs begin with people you see daily at work. The reason for this is because it begins like an old-fashioned courtship. You see each and talk daily without touching. If someone is too tempted by this, it becomes physical regardless of whether or not either is in another relationship. In my book, kissing is cheating. I wouldn't want my man to kiss someone else.....do you want your man to kiss another woman? Are you happy with him and merely "tempted" by this other guy? Perhaps you are not ready to be in a relationship at all. You need to weigh all your options as well as thinking how it would be if the shoe was on the other foot. It's your decision to make, not ours.

I also have a huge crush on a guy I work with----he's my boss! He's also my best friend. I would suggest not getting involved, especially since you already have a boyfriend, as this will just complicate everything and probably even ruin the friendship between you and your best friend and maybe even other coworkers. Crushes will come and go, but it's not that easy to find another best friend.

Heaven's No! That would be cheating on your boyfriend! I think that if you're having thoughts about kissing another guy, than maybe you should rethink the way you are with your boyfriend. If you really love him, kissing other guys shouldn't even be an option.

The fact that you have a boyfriend and also this guy works with you, you should not. You may repeat this kind of behavior when you have a husband and kids.

The very fact that you want to kiss him tells us (and should tell you) that you are not really in love with the bf.

Definately break-up with your boyfriend first...it will hurt him alot less. If you want to go out with this other guy, then do but make sure you know that's what you want.
