Helping others makes me happy,
but I'd like to be happy when I'm not helping others.
Unhappiness spills over into all of your life.

In my opinion, the ultimate point to life is your happiness. It is great to help others, but if you do it enough; you will find people who will take advantage of you, which won't help your happiness level. In reality, unhappy people aren't much help to anyone, so to be good at helping others, it is key to be happy yourself. Look after you, and take care of yourself, then you will be of greater help to others when they need it.

Well,part of what i do for a living is purchase businesses that are in trouble so as to restructure,and therefore save the business and the jobs of those employed there in...
So i'd say i help other's...
And i makes me smile every single day in knowing that i've done so...I'm Happy...
