teenage girl going to Spain for the first time. i'm going without my parents, but i will be going with a few classmates...my parents are spanish and mexican...so i know the spanish language very well. i don't think i'll have a problem with that.
any advice or suggestions on the people, clothing i should wear, cost for things, getting around, etc.

its a little more expensive there so plan for that. The people are nice, but the men do make comments so if you are uncomfertable with that try to bring not too revealing clothing.

Watch out for gypsys in the big cities. Especially Madrid.
