i think you missed spelled that its add adhd, well that depends on your age, Ritalin or aderal is the most common meds to take but only prescribed by your doctor, this is a growing problem all across America...Alan

you mean ADD and ADHD
learn more about it through research. learn how to help yourself or the person learn etc. My son also takes Strattera, its not like the other medications like Ritalin, it helps the imbalance in th brain. He has been dx for 6 years now. he does pretty good.

Im not sure if you can get tablets for this or not? I would start by looking online to see if u can do anything to alieviate the symptoms. If u cant find anything on google.com i would book an appt at ur doctors, see what advice they can give you. Hope this helps!
