Personally, I like to check out my boobs, to see how perky they are, but I think most other women do it to because they are self conscious, may have crumbs on their shirt, or have a recent pedicure, and like to look at their toes.

Jiggling fat?
No mostly we are waffling between admiring ourselves (anyone with good self esteem does) or we are completely worried about how we look or if our zipper is down, or ....what ever.
