Years ago, a guy said I had sex with him. I was 14, and it was just so not true. However, everyone believed him, and my friends parents wouldnt let me go out with them any more, and people stopped speaking to me; somebody at school actually said I was pregnant. This was the 1950s, and this was very serious stuff. When I married, I was a virgin, and our first child wasnt born until 10 months after the wedding, but still people said I "had to" get married, and although I was a respectable married woman, people still didnt speak to me. Eventually my husband and I left to live in the South of England, and I have never been back since. All because somebody wanted a name for himself.

My best friend of over 25 years has been in about 7 different jobs in as many years...she's always blaming the "job" for her difficulties, and won't do anything to correct wrong situations, so all she does is complain over and over....for about the past year, she's been using me as her "aggravation board", so I've been taking the brunt of her abuse...she's totally unhappy with her life and is trying to make herself feel better by blaming others for whatever her "problem of the hour" is....usually me; At first it really upset me and we'd get into these major fights...now I just laugh (which makes her more upset) because I refuse to be drawn into her maniacal nonsense...

Omf. Yes. There was this guy named Seth who was new at school and I was nothing but nice to the guy but like after a month he just had this attitude toward meh. And he said like random mean things about me to our friend Sarah. And she and I tried to figure out what the hell his problem was but he couldn't come up with one reason for not liking me.

yeah it happened to me a couple of times in my life but i just ignore them and carry on and not give a toss what they say and think.
if they want to become p*icks then let them do it, because at the end of the day its you that defines you that really matters- not them

Not to my face ...but defo behind my back. There is always a reason for nastiness, even if it's a silly reason

Yep, but hey ignore and carry on being happy and living your life the way you want. By doing that they haven't had any affect and that the way it should be.

Or so it seemed. I'm sure in there must have been some reason. I just didn't know what it was. It's happened to me plenty! I just tell myself "they're just jealous"! lol
