Hello, my name is Glenn. Many of my co-workers say my boss Sam is "pimping" me. What are they trying to tell me?

If at the end of the day u feel used and taken for granted, then ur co-workers are probably right.

Using you. You do good work (which your boss is probably taking the credit for). Also, are you doing things for other depts in your workplace? Your boss could be agreeing for you to complete tasks for other areas. In that case, you are getting a chance to showcase your skills for other bosses, so eventually they'll catch on that you are doing the good work that your boss is being recognized for. The downside is that you get stuck with more tasks. The good side is that more people will want you to work for them instead of your current boss and you may eventually get a promotion.

He is selling your work or service to everyone, but when the money comes, he keeps most of it.
