He constantly tells me I turned ugly and that I'm nothing but s h i t and I'm really starting to believe it and I don't want to see anyone or do anything anymore.....I'm seeing a counsellor and taking anti-depressant but I still feel like giving up...what do I do?

he sounds like a jerk to say things like that,
get a divorce, if you are depressed, he is adversely affecting your health,
find a better nicer person to be with, you deserve it...
improve and love yourself and you will attract nicer people

Unless you are in the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Germany, Canada or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, (in other words, places where same-sex marriage is legal and binding), simply walk out!
