Yes, she is pretty much overrated because she is the only Indian in the top 200! She managed to grab that Hyderabad Open due to the racket those uncivilised mob made. No one would have asked her if she were a Russian, because I think half the top-100 players in the world are Russians(atleast 20, I am sure)! She does have an enormous forehand, but she commits soooooooooooo many errors! I also think she is now not so much focused on tennis as before. But the Indian media is to be blamed for that. They are just swinging her in their arms after that reasonable last year.

Any professional sport takes an incredible amount of talent and ability to become globally known like Federer. Mirza is definately a relatively capable player. Though shes in top 50, its very competitive out there. Outside of India she's not very well known. Hopefully, soon she will become more suscessful. She's still young. And anyway, she didnt exactly lose. She made it past qualifiers at the US Open. Have you ever see qualifiers? I've been to them and they are intense!

Someone still believes in her she is posted all the time, personally will be in shock when an Indian wins a major. They are all about technique and are mentally weak. I am sure this sounds racist , but prove me wrong. They cramp to often if they run also. Could not win 7 matches for weeks in a row. She rocks some of your peoples socks with her looks I guess , but lets end this, she will never be top 5.

Wow. What a good news.
She is like a Khota Sikka to a beggar.
Because we don't have any tennis player so everybody is running after her unless she is not worth a penny.

THIS WAS NOT UNEXPECTED.
HINGIS IS A PROV EN PLAYER,SANIA IS NOT, THOUGH WE THE INDIAN,THINK SO..
SHE HAS TO LEARN A LOT,WITHOUT BEING MEDIA SAVVY,SHE OUGHT TO FOCUS ON GAME.I DO APPRECIATE CM RESPECTED REJECT ,AD VICING HER WITHOUT BEING DEVOTING TO START A ACADEMY OF TENNIS/BUT TO CONCENTRATE ON TENNIS.
HAS ALL TIME GRATE NONE OTHER THAN NAVRATILOVA EVER WANTED, TO START ANY ACADEMY/GOVT SHOULD REQUEST HER TO START ONE IN INDIA,NOT TO PAMPER ANY ONE TO ENCOURAGE WHO TO COUNT FROM THE BOTTOM/INDIA STANDS IN BOTTOM IN CORRUPTION/NO OF HURDLES TO START A BUSINESS.IF U R GOAL IS MEDIOCRE,SO THE RESULT.
WHY DID BCCI APPOINT A AUSTRALIAN TO COACH INDIAN CRICKET TEAM.IS NT. IT IS A COMPARATIVELY BETTER JUDGEMENT.AS U SOW ,SO U REAP
