I think so, but I also think more women can be more hateful to other women than men are.
I have checked your questions and answers for the past few days and you seem to be quite distressed. Perhaps this question comes from such anxiety or stress.

I never met any but I am certain that some men have to know that equality means giving up their chance at dominance for somebody elses, and right now the playing field is getting a little lopsided with evry body trying to figure out what is good discrimination and what is bad discrimination, so much so that men may be getting frustrated with questions like: Is this sexual harassment; Is this sexual discrimination; Am I being gentlemenly; Am I being forward; and so on? And every inch a man gives up to discrimination he loses an inch to opportunity to feed his family, lead his community, to feel secure in his employment and so on. It is not hate. It is selfishness. Survival instinct.

Yes. If someone has been hurt really bad from a women they start to hate all women in general.

ALL people have been haters at some point. Sadly, some don't grow out of it.
