My bf and I were petting heavily, we both had our pants on, but he was lying between my legs and moving about and ejeculated. I dont know if any got on my pants. Could I be pregnant?

Extremely unlikely.
But you both should be more careful in the future. It sounds like you are too young to be dealing with an unplanned pregnancy. Talk to your parents or school counselor/nurse to discuss birth control and safety issues. Or try visiting your local Planned Parenthood.

No, semen does not go through underwear and clothes and automatically find it's way to the egg. One thing is for sure with the questions that have been asked on this site.....if you don't know the answeres to these simple questions you don't sound like you are responsible enough to care for a baby, much less doing things that will create one.
